Danmark får middelmådig karakter på international hvidvaskkontrol

Finanstilsynet fremhæver, at Danmark er blevet opgraderet på tre målepunkter omkring international hvidvaskkontrol: Men selve rapporten viser, at vi på en firpunktsskala stadig får næstringeste karakter på ni ud af de 40 målepunkter: ”Overall, Denmark has made progress in addressing the technical compliance deficiencies identified in its MER, sufficient to justify upgrading three Recommendations. In light of Denmark’s progress since its 1st FUR with technical compliance re-ratings was adopted, its technical compliance with the FATF Recommendations has been re-rated as follows (se tabel side 6 her) Note: There are four possible levels of technical compliance: compliant (C), largely compliant (LC), partially compliant (PC), and non-compliant (NC). Denmark will remain in enhanced follow-up and will report back to the FATF on progress in October 2020.”
