ISS Proxy Voting opdaterer sine guidelines for stemmeafgivning på de børsnoterede selskabers generalforsamlinger foråret 2020.
I Policy Update fra ISS oplyses det, at ”ISS’ Benchmark Proxy Voting Guidelines consider market-specific regulations and best practices (such as those found in listing rules, local codes of best practice, etc.), investors’ growing demand for transparency in corporate reporting, and direct input from institutional investor clients and other market constituents in addressing topics such as board structure, director accountability, corporate governance standards, executive compensation, shareholder rights, corporate transactions, and social/ environmental issues.”
