Uddrag fra Danske Banks analyse af de største nordiske banker efter deres 1. kvartalsregnskab 2o21:
- In this note, we provide a summary of our key findings from the large Nordic banks’ Q1 reports. In addition, we take a look at recent developments in capital as well as in the banks’ issuance plans.
- Overall impression: The large Nordic banks generally surprised positively on Q1 net profits, with all banks coming out ahead of company-collected consensus. However, developments were mixed across income lines with several banks disappointing on NII, while fees and trading were generally strong. Also, loan loss provisions remained very low and Handelsbanken and DNB even booked reversals during the quarter. Please see our heat map for an overview.
