Konsolidator has disclosed a new strategy for the period 2022-24, with the primary focus to improve the efficiency of acquiring new clients. This includes introducing self-onboarding and free trials as well as a more flexible pricing model, which the company believes will expand its target group and make it less costly to go global. With the new strategy Konsolidator targets DKK 37-55m in ARR in 2024 compared with our estimate of DKK 57m for 2024.
Focus on the client
With the introduction of free trials (H2 2022) as well as free onboarding (H1 2022), Konsolidator plans to make its consolidation software even more attractive to smaller companies. Additionally, this will slightly expand the addressable market downwards toward even smaller companies, according to the company. Furthermore, the company will introduce self-onboarding in H1 2022 (through online training, video tutorials, help center, etc.), with the aim to increase its target group even further, mainly outside the already established markets (the Nordics, the UK and DACH). According to Konsolidator, self-onboarding will also increase profitability due to improved economies of scale as sales and onboarding of clients outside the established markets will be done virtually.
