DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) har i en årrække været et centralt fokusområde i amerikanske selskaber, men ifølge det amerikanske nyhedsmedie Axios er interessen for området dalene.
Axious præsenterer blandt andet en graf, der viser, at anvendelsen af DEI-begrebet i amerikanske selskabers kvartalsregnskaber er faldet fra over 300 i 2021 til 74 i 2024.
